Finished project: granny square blanket

I finally finished this blanket, just in time for Christmas. It is a present for my mum. The size is approximately 95 cm by 160 cm. I used Drops Muskat (100%cotton) in ten colours.

I am selected to be part of an exposition in my home town! And one of my drawings is on the poster advertising this event. :)
Four drawings will be part of the exposition: (see pictures).

Double scrapbook-layout: Photoshoot with Iris

The pictures I used for this double layout were first digitally edited. I used digital scrapbookflowers and a photoframe from a kit designed by "Dawn Inskip" from the UK. Then I printed the photos and used them for my layout. Other materials used are cardstock and scrapbookpapers.

Canvas: Folk art village

This is not a "painting". No paint was used. The village is drawn with pencil, coloured with markers (Spectrum Noir and Copic). The lines were then traced with a fineliner.

Mixed media art journal page: Folk art village

The hills, the tree and the flowers are all cut out of different scrapbookpapers. I have drawn the houses, first with pencil, which I later traced with a fineliner, coloured them with markers and cut them out. All the separate parts were then glued onto my art journal page.
